I used U-Pack to move from California to Michigan. They were excellent. Good communicators throughout the process and they delivered a day early. Everything was in good shape. Initially they gave me a quote for 13 feet, but because of downsizing, I was able to pack everything into 8 feet. U-Pack gave me credit for the 5 feet. Highly recommend U-Pack.
U-Pack & their parent company ABF were fantastic every step of the way. biggest highlight: they delivered the trailer for minutes into a two hour window! I changed my entire moving plan last minute when I checked the BBB rating for the company I was going to use and it was an F. Very quick, very efficient, and very friendly. I had booked another moving service who kept delaying and weren't doing anything to make things better. I cancelled them, called U-Pack and had a relocube delivered the next day. All of my belongings were delivered to my new address in 6 days (instead of the 30 days quoted by most other movers) and I saved $700 to boot. Needless to say, U-Pack are awesome and will be my go-to for all my future moves.
