There was not one glitch in the service provided b U-Pack. From the first time I contacted them, they did not pressure me at all, and answered all my questions. The delivery man was very helpful and kind. The ReloCube arrived as scheduled, and went into storage as I requested. When I was ready to unpack, the folks at the warehouse lot were very accommodating. I am very glad I chose to do my move this way rather than having a moving company do the job. Full Marks to U-Pack! Thank you!

I HAVE NEVER USED ANY COMPANY THAT WAS COMPLETELY SUPPORTIVE IN ANY ASPECT OF OUR MOVE. MYFAMILY AND I MOVED 18 TIMES DURING MY CAREER, AND I WISH I WOULD HAVE HAD THIS COMPANY TO MOVE US. THEY DELIVERED THE TWO POD CONTAINERS WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, PICKED THEM UP WHEN WE WANTED THEM TO, DELIVERED AND PICKED THEM UP AT OUR FINAL DESTINATION. AS A RETIRED FIRST SERGEANT, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY AND ALL INDIVIDUALS/FAMILIES TO TRY THIS COMPANY U-PACK.

I cannot say enough good things about U Pack, Arcbest and ABF. From the delivery of the containers, payment, moving, and delivery they showed me every courtesy and concession possible. I feel I gained several friends I haven't seen. This is the way to provide customer service. Thank you!

Very easy to load and as I was already to load the driver waited and was gone within 30 min's.
