The whole experience was very good, from making the first call to find out what service was best for me to the actual dropping off, picking up, and delivery of my items. I used the trailer. I didn't realize how big it really was. The driver was accommodating and put the trailer where I needed it. Showed me about the ramp and bulkhead doors. Came within a day of it being packed and then accommodated my arrival down south. The reason i'm giving a 4 instead of a 5 star review is there was a leak in...  See More the roof which damaged some of my wood furniture. I would recommend placing a tarp over your belongings.

Everything went as smoothly as possible, which is pretty much unheard of when it comes to moving cross country. Really impressed with these guys! Excellent customer service! Good communication and the folks at U-Pack did a great job answering all of our questions. The truck was ready and waiting for us just as we expected. Very happy we found this!

Equipment arrived when promised. Trailer arrived in Wisconsin prior to our family and they held on to it for 5 days with no extra charge. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. One suggestion there was some shifting so make sure all items are securely tied down.
