This zoo has many different aspects that can be fun for everyone, with a wide variety of animals from Australia, specifically.

When planning to move out to Southern California, you may be interested in visiting or living in the San Diego area. This city is the home of one of the most notable zoos in the country, the aptly named San Diego Zoo. If you are in the Chicago area, there may be a zoo that is perfect to visit with family. Brookfield Zoo, located approximately 20 minutes outside of the city, and it is very accessible for young ones. According to Parents.com, this spot is the home of the Hamill Family Play Zoo, a specific exhibit for kids. This allows them to see small animals, take part in wildlife-related art projects and even check out the vegetation. There are many different things to do at the park, so you may not be able to take care of all of the exhibits in one day, but it could be a good spot to make repeat visits.

Bronx Zoo, New York City
One of the most popular zoos in the country is located in New York City, and if you plan to head to the Big Apple, you could be in for a treat. In the Bronx borough of the city, this zoo has more than 260 acres of space, with approximately 4,000 animals living inside. Heading to Ohio will bring you to the Cincinnati Zoo. Here, children can visit a nursery where they will get to see young animals cared for, according to Parents.com. There are many guided tours available from staff members, while some of the exhibits may be especially perfect for the young ones. One specific spot is the manatee exhibit, where there are bubbles for children to look into the tanks and get a better view. It is also possible to feed animals after nightfall on another tour.
