Rihanna filed a lawsuit against the previous owner of the mansion after the eight-bedroom, 10-bathroom home suffered severe damage from a storm. The singer alleged that the owner knew about specific structural issues with the home, including waterproofing defects, but failed to inform her before selling it.
The home is listed as a "major fixer with extensive water intrusion," according to listing on multiple sites. Included in the mansion is a sauna and steam room, library, gourmet kitchen, large master suite and private home theater.
The recording artist placed the Beverly Hills home on the market for $4.5 million, which is $2.4 million less than the amount she paid for it when she relocated there in 2009.
The pop singer should have no problem paying the relocation cost given her 20 top-10 Billboard singles, three Grammy Awards and multiple Grammy nominations.
