The Alexanders sold the Malibu property for close to $9.5 million, the Los Angeles Times reported. The estate sits on 2.6 acres in the Serra Retreat area and is newly built, with more than 6,500 square feet of living space.
The house features six bedrooms, six bathrooms, an office, theater and gym, according to the Times. The exterior of the home boasts a swimming pool with a cabana and a kitchen with a pizza oven and fire pit.
As a former Creative Artists Agency agent, Steve Alexander represented such clients as Jeff Bridges, Natalie Portman and the late Heath Ledger. After leaving CAA, Alexander joined the Mosaic Media Group, returning to his role as a producer.
The Alexanders might be leaving the area, but Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are planning to unpack moving boxes in a new Malibu home. The reality show stars recently purchased a home for $2.4 million, in an area where the average home value is about $1.4 million, according to Zillow.
