Miami Dolphins head coach Tony Sparano is moving out of his Davie, Florida, home in order to be closer to the beach.
Sparano has been the Dolphins' coach for the past four seasons and has started the 2011 season with a 0-6 record, leading some to believe the Dolphins are going to send him packing
The Dolphins coach says the move is not reflective of his impending release from the team, but he and his wife no longer want to live in the large home they have now.
Trulia lists the average price for a home in Davie, Florida, as more than $545,000, with a median sales price of $132,000. Average price-per-square-foot in the city is $99, which is a 10.8 percent decline from figures at the same time last year. The asking price for the Sparano home is $1.5 million.
Sparano says he put the house on the market before, but took it off because there were no buyers.
