According to Zillow.com, Odom is hoping to rent out his property for $8,000 per month, or if someone wants to buy it, for $2.3 million. The figure is 11 percent less than what Odom paid for the property in 2006.
A description of Odom's former dwelling place indicates the two-story home has five bedrooms and five baths, a three-car garage, breakfast nook, in-ground pool and spa, built-in BBQ area and gas firepit.
According to public records acquired by Zillow.com, Odom now lives with Kardashian after purchasing another property for $3.95 million in December 2009.
While $8,000 per month may be above the pay grade for many people in the housing market, rental rates are on the rise in most metropolitan areas due to increased demand. The Associated Press recently reported that New York City and San Francisco apartments have been particularly difficult to find.
