The former TV star has already been living in New York while working on Broadway, but said that he wanted to "settle down" in the city permanently with Walsh.
"We are really happy and in love," Grammer said to reporters at a movie premiere event at the Gansevoort Hotel. "We're looking for new apartment together in New York but we haven't found a place yet. We're waiting for the perfect place."
Last month, reports surfaced that Walsh was pregnant with the actor's fifth child. But Grammer, who according to the Daily Mail is worth approximately $50 million, dodged a question about the pregnancy when asked by reporters.
The relocation comes just a short time after Grammer finalized his divorce with his third wife, Camille Donatacci. She's set to appear in the reality TV show "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" later this fall.
