The Buffets purchased the 4,783-square-foot home for $4.95 million from Caye C. Hoffmaster, according to the deed obtained by the Palm Beach Daily News.
The home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms in addition to a courtyard pool, which the home wraps around. Natural light floods the interior, which is all white. The property also has a guest suite above a two-car garage and the homeowner is allowed beach access at the private Eden Road.
The real estate broker had listed the home originally at $5.2 million, but lowered the price to attract potential buyers.
The couple sold their five-bedroom seaside home which sat on 1.6 acres, in June 2010. They likely needed a lot of packing help to move out of that abode, which according to Trulia was 16,897 square feet. They purchased the home for $4.4 million in 1994, but in an effort to downsize, the couple moved to their new digs on the North End of Palm Beach.
The average home value in West Palm Beach is $107,600, according to Zillow.
