The Yankee captain is putting the "bachelor pad" on the market as construction winds down on a new seven-bedroom mansion on Davis Island in Tampa, Florida - near the Yankees' spring training complex. It's unknown whether any relocation to Tampa would be permanent, or whether he would be moving into another home in the Big Apple in the coming months.
The move has also sparked rumors, according to the New York Post, that he's close to becoming engaged to his girlfriend of two years, Friday Night Lights actress Minka Kelly.
