According to the Los Angeles Times, the property has been rented out in the past several years. The 2,300-square-foot house is a mid-century home that features one bedroom with a fireplace and 1.75 bathrooms. The house has a swimming pool, spa and outdoor shower, with floor-to-ceiling walls of glass that give views to the pool.
According to public records obtained by the Times, Perse purchased the property in 1998 for $875,000.
Perse opened the first store for his clothing line in 2003, selling t-shirts, but his line has expanded into an international brand that includes clothing and furniture.
Perse joins actor Ryan Phillippe and producer David Anderle as celebrities who have recently placed their Hollywood Hills homes on the market.
