The four-story, well-decorated 1880s Brooklyn home has been placed on the market for $3.75 million.
According to Curbed.com, the impending relocation from the townhouse was prompted by Lyons' divorce from her artist husband Vincent Mazeau, who she bought the home with in 2004 for $1.3 million.
The home features a finished cellar, seven bedrooms, 3.5 luxurious bathrooms, a huge kitchen, private terrace attached to the master bedroom and a media room.
The property was completely renovated after Lyons purchased it in 2004, which added a couple million dollars to the price tag.
The home is currently set up as a two-family residence with a renovated rental garden apartment.
The average listing price for homes in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn is more then $929,000. according to Trulia.
