Thomas signed a 12-month lease that requires the superstar wide receiver to pay $5,000 a month for the 1,400-square-foot, two bedroom unit he moved into in mid-October, TheRealDeal.com reported.
The nine-story building has a heated outdoor pool and waterfall, a fitness center and spa, a clubroom with a big-screen TV and a conference room, according toTheRealDeal.com. Average monthly rates for two-bedroom units in the RiversEdge range anywhere from $3,300 to $4,700, according to HotPads.com.
