New York Giants wide receiver Devin Thomas recently packed up moving boxes
and relocated to RiversEdge at Port Imperial in Weehawken, New Jersey.
Thomas signed a 12-month lease that requires the superstar wide receiver to pay $5,000 a month for the 1,400-square-foot, two bedroom unit he moved into in mid-October, TheRealDeal.com reported.
The nine-story building has a heated outdoor pool and waterfall, a fitness center and spa, a clubroom with a big-screen TV and a conference room, according toTheRealDeal.com. The building is also home to other athletes who desire convenience, seeking to avoid the traffic congestion of New York City to get to games and practices.
The building has 236 units, two of which belong to New York Yankees pitchers Rafael Soriano and Boone Logan, according to the source.
Average monthly rates for two-bedroom units in the RiversEdge range anywhere from $3,300 to $4,700, according to HotPads.com.
