The Grammy-nominated singer received multiple complaints from neighbors who said he parked his cars in handicap spaces in the garage, played loud music in the early hours of the morning and defaced property. TMZ reported neighbors called police to the high-end complex after someone carved the initials "C.B." into an elevator door in June. Another complaint that was filed said Brown raced dogs in the hallways during early mornings.
According to TMZ, Brown's neighbors were ecstatic to hear that moving boxes were leaving the condo.
Brown is packing his belongings and is reportedly unsure whether he's going to sell the condo or move back in eventually.
The singer purchased the condo in February and, according the the FreddyO blog, paid close to the $1.75 million asking price for the three-bedroom, three-bathroom home.
