Cheech Marin recently announced he's selling his Malibu home in California.
Comedian and actor Cheech Marin recently placed his Malibu home on the market for $5.34 million, which might result in moving trucks being seen outside the residence soon.
The home was placed on the market at the end of May for $5.9 million, but the price was lowered to attract more potential homebuyers.
The estate is a bluff-top, stone-clad Craftsman-style home that sits on close to an acre. The mansion's beachfront property has a built-in stone table, oven and steps that lead to the sand. A three-bedroom guesthouse is also included, which features a detached music room with two fireplaces. Together, the properties have 5.5 bathrooms.
The 65-year-old comedian has had a long-running career in Hollywood. He began in the 1970s when he teamed up with Tommy Chong to form the Cheech & Chong duo and also starred on "Nash Bridges" from 1996 to 2001. Marin was also a cast member on "Judging Amy" from 2004 to 2005 and most recently starred in the series "Rob!" and "Rachael vs. Guy: Celebrity Cook-Off."
The average home value in Malibu, California, is more than $1.3 million, according to Zillow.
