Mueller, who is also a TV personality and actress, sold the 4,179-square-foot villa, which has four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
The home is fully restored and was built in 1927 with a Mediterranean-style theme. The home has wood floors with a step-down living room featuring a fireplace and wood-beamed ceiling.
The estate also has an eat-in kitchen with stone floors and a center island that overlooks the home's courtyards, in addition to a sweeping staircase that leads to the bedrooms.
The property was listed at about $3.7 million after Sheen and Mueller had twin sons in 2009. Real estate blog The Real Estalker reported that Helberg and his wife Jocelyn Towne paid $2.9 million for the home last month, and is packing up to move in.
