Brad and Angelina selling Malibu home

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are taking one of their homes off the list of real estate they own.

The two big screen stars are selling their home in Malibu, California, reportedly for $13.75 million. According to Hollywood Heavy, the couple is selling the Malibu mansion to move into a 16th century Spanish-style home in the same area.

The Malibu property includes two separate houses that sit beach-side. The homes feature more than 4,000 square feet of total space, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The compound also has a tennis court, hidden in-ground pool and a private cove on the Pacific Ocean.

The mansion recently underwent renovations to add an environmentally friendly second floor, which was designed by Christopher Sorensen. The property also features a stainless steel chef's kitchen and bamboo floors.

Reese Witherspoon is one the celebrities who is reportedly interested in moving to the property. Witherspoon was seen viewing the house and said she was impressed with what she saw, according to Relocation.com.

Brad and Angelina have six kids, leading some to believe that a bigger house was necessary for the couple.
