Billy Howerdel recently listed his mansion on the market.
Musician Bill Howerdel will likely be packing up and moving out of his Studio City home in Los Angeles after recently listing the house on the market for nearly $1.8 million.
The Mediterranean-style home has 10-foot ceiling, five en suite bedrooms and three fireplaces. The living space also boasts a formal dining room, living room and a powder room.
The 4,000-square-foot estate also features an elaborate exterior with a kitchen with granite counters, barbecue grill, patio misting system, fireplace, swimming pool and spa. The outdoor features makes this home a dream for those interested who enjoy hosting outdoor functions.
The 41-year-old musician is the founder of the award-winning band A Perfect Circle. He also formed a side project called Ashes Divide. Howerdel has also worked with bands such as Tools, Nine Inch Nails and Guns N' Roses.
Howerdel purchased the home in 2008 for close to $1.7 million.
Composer Roger Neill also listed his Studio City home last month for close to $1.5 million.
