Gibb has lived in South Florida for more than 20 years, but is now packing up moving boxes to leave his 10,000-square-foot home.
He is reportedly suffering from a rare intestinal condition, which is the same one that his brother and group member Maurice Gibb died from in 2003.
The British-style Mediterranean home has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The Multiple Listing Service described it as having a "breathtaking foyer, soaring 12-foot and 24-foot ceilings, a huge gourmet kitchen and a lavish master, a cozy family room, hurricane glass doors and windows, a generator, HVAC system and, of course, a state-of-the-art sound system throughout the house."
Gibb is reportedly selling the home for $4.25 million after purchasing it for $4.3 million in 2008 with his wife Dwina, according to Miami-Dade County records cited by GossipExtra.
According to the Miami Association of Realtors, the number of homes sold in the third quarter of this year spiked 51 percent from a year ago.
