Rich recently listed the California condominium, which is described as "New York Central Park" in style, for $699,000.
The condominium has more than 1,900 square feet of interior space and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home features a rectangular frosted glass wall that is retractable, a terrace and hardwood floors throughout.
Rich worked on multiple popular movie soundtracks, such as "The Bodyguard" in 1992, "Runaway Bride" in 2002 and "The Other Guys" in 2010. He has also written songs for music legends such as James Ingraham, Natalie Cole and Whitney Houston.
Public records show that Rich bought the home in 2006 for $590,000, according to the Los Angeles Times.
David Schwimmer also recently placed his Hancock Park home on the market, for $10.7 million, the L.A. Times reported.
