Actress and author Michele Greene, who starred in the TV series "L.A. Law" between 1986 and 1990 and appeared more recently on "The Unit" and "Brothers and Sisters," sold her Hollywood Dell home for $931,000.
Greene's Spanish-style classic estate was also once called home by director King Vidor and actress Helen Hayes, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The 1,800-square-foot residence features an eat-in kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms in addition to a rooftop deck, two patios and a rose and vegetable garden, the Times reported. The home was built in 1923 and retains the original Batchelder tile fireplace, ceilings and expansive windows.
The 49-year-old actress sold the home to relocate and write her next novel, according to the Times. After waiting for months while the house was on the market at its original $1.05 million asking price, Greene can finally start packing moving boxes
to relocate from the residence.
The average list price in West Hollywood is $539,000, according to Zillow.com.
