Pincus has experienced great success recently with Zynga, acquiring companies increasingly over the past few years.
Zynga has more than 232 million active users of its gaming software and 60 million daily active users, according to the company's website.
According to Business Insider, Oracle CEO Larry Ellison has a $40 million home just 10 blocks away from the Zynga founder's home.
