People moving from or moving to the Iowa area have a new real estate broker to consider hiring.
According to Iowa news channel KTIV
, real estate agency ProLink has merged with Century 21 Davenport after ProLink decided to purchase the 65-year-old firm. The firm will now be called Century 21 ProLink.
"[The merge] really puts together a great team of agents that work in all three states here and will really just get that many more signs out and that much more presence in the marketplace," said Kyle Kelly, the broker's owner, in an interview with the station.
The Sioux City Journal says Century 21 ProLink will become the area's second largest residential and commercial real estate agency behind United Real Estate Solutions.
Housing Predictor, an independent real estate research firm based in Florida, ranks four cities in Iowa as being among the top 25 housing markets in 2011. The company says it expects the Iowa City housing market to grow by 3.2 percent this year. Portland, Maine, was ranked the highest, forecasted to grow by 3.6 percent.
