After selling their Encino home just a few weeks ago, actress Tori Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott will be packing
up to move into a house in Malibu, California, which they purchased for $2.4 million.
The 2,300-square-foot estate sits on 1.75 acres and features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, according to the Los Angeles Times. In addition, the land surrounding the estate is covered by native landscaping, organic gardens and lawn.
The 38-year-old Spelling and 45-year-old McDermott, who is also an actor, currently appear in the reality series "Tori & Dean: Storibook Wedding" and starred in the reality show "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood" from 2007-2011.
The single-story home was built in the 1960s and has been renovated to include bamboo floors, custom-built sliding doors that lead outside to multiple decks and sitting areas, and a wall of built-in book shelves in one of the rooms, the Times reported. The property was listed for close to $2.88 million in May.
According to Zillow, the average home value in Malibu is close to $1.38 million.
