The triplex was built in 1923 and was home to McQueen during his teenage years. The 1,660-square-foot Spanish-style estate has been updated since being built and contains three one-bedroom units on two levels, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The source reported McQueen's former home has a storage room, wine cellar, laundry room and a landscaped property, which is walled and gated with a lawn and deck.
In October, the building was sold for $360,000 by the bank that owned it, the Times stated.
McQueen lived in the home in the 1940s, before making a name for himself in the entertainment industry. He was a star in films such as "The Magnificent Seven" in 1960, "The Great Escape" in 1963 and "Bullitt" in 1968, before he died in 1980 at the age of 50.
The median sales price of a home in Silver Lake is $696,900, according to Zillow.com.
