The features of the 9,000-plus-square-foot estate include a 28-foot-tall foyer, seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, the source reported. The mansion also has a wine cellar, gym, subterranean garage - which has room for up to 12 - cars and a 300-square-foot pantry and walk-in refrigerator.
Given the expansive proportions of the home, the couple will doubtless need some packing help. Still, Nassimi made an effort to give the residence a more intimate feeling. "I brought down some areas to make them cozy," Nassimi told the Times. "The den has a smaller-home feeling."
Nassimi and his wife paid close to $1.3 million for the property in July of 2002 and added more than $14 million to its value, according to the news source.
Entertainer David Spade is also selling his beachfront property in the Malibu area, though at $13.5 million, he's asking a lower price than the Nassimis.
