The 4th Annual Zillow Celebrity Neighbor Survey states Bullock, Sarah Palin and Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi are the celebrities most Americans want to live next to, with Bullock winning the majority of the votes with 26 percent.
Ironically, Palin was also one of the top vote-getters for worst celebrity neighbor of last year, along with the cast of Jersey Shore, the Obamas and Kanye West. Jersey Shore members received the most votes, leading the group of undesirable neighbors with 26 percent.
Mel Gibson and Charlie Sheen each received 10 and 8 percent of the vote for worst neighbors of last year. Both faced criminal charges in 2010.
According to the Orange County Register, Bullock sold her home in Sunset Beach, California for $4.5 million in cash. The report says the sale price is down by more than $2 million from when the house was first put on the market in April, at $6.75 million.
