Sall recently placed his 3,300-square-foot mansion on the market for $2.95 million, the Los Angeles Times reported. The home was built in 1926 and was recently remodeled into a Spanish-style house. It features five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms in the main house and an attached guesthouse.
The mansion also boasts iron work, interior archways, French doors, balconies and an updated kitchen, according to the source. The exterior of the home features extensive decks, a saltwater swimming pool and patios.
The property was last purchased in 2009, reportedly for $1.66 million, the Times reported.
Sall isn't the only celebrity to place his home on the market in the same area. Actor Ryan Phillippe is also moving from his home in the neighborhood.
