Pink and Hart have listed their 4,436-square-foot Sherman Oaks spread for $4 million on Rodeo Realty's website, which describes the house as a "gated, iconic Spanish." The prime selling point is the "personal, private park" on the 30,000-square-foot lot, which includes an infinity pool, pavilion and cave spa. The house features four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a top-of-the-line kitchen outfitted with SubZero, Viking and Jenn-Air appliances.
Chris Colfer, the Glee actor who was named to Time's 100 Most Influential People in the World list this year, did not pay close to $4 million for his new house, which sits above Laurel Canyon. He shelled out $860,000 to buy the property out of foreclosure, according to the Realestalker blog. The 2,462-square-foot house was constructed in 1963, and is in need of some renovation, but boasts canyon views from its two exterior decks and appears to be equipped with solar panels, the Realestalker reports.
