Perry and Brand's 4,600 square foot Los Feliz house is a 1922 Mediterranean-style construction with four bedrooms and four-and-half bathrooms, in addition to a three-car garage Perry converted into a wardrobe styling room, according to the Los Angeles Times. Gawker reported the house features about 20 sets of French doors.
The couple's new Hollywood Hills house is even grander. The property encompasses three acres, and includes a guest house as well as the seven bedroom, nine bathroom, Spanish-style main house, which has a cinema. The house was used for season one of the reality TV show The Bachelor. Previous owner Daniel Laitkin, former CEO of National Lampoon, was convicted last year of stock manipulation and sentenced to 45 months in prison.
The new Perry/Brand residence will not be too far from the Holmby Hills estate of late TV producer Aaron Spelling, which sold earlier this month for a reported $85 million, after being listed at $150 million.
