According to the real estate listing, the 13-acre property has two parcels, one at 5 acres and one with 8.24 acres. The listing says the second parcel is ideal for selling or being held for further development.
Despite the slumping market for selling homes, if Tomlinson sells the home for anywhere near his asking price, he'll make a sizable profit. Zillow's Real Estate Market Reports show that 66.1 percent of homes in Poway sold in June 2011 for more than their previous purchase prise, it said on its website.
