Mandana Dayani and her husband Peter Traugott recently placed their Sunset Strip home in Los Angeles on the market for $1.5 million.

Dayani, a fashion executive and attorney, and her husband Traugott, a TV producer, have been married for a year, and now plan to be packing up and moving from the two-story home that was built in 1952 for indoor and outdoor entertaining.

According to records obtained by the Los Angeles Times, Traugott bought the property in 2003 for an estimated $1.3 million.

The home features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including the master bedroom, which has two walk-in closets, an office and a bathroom. The living room of the property opens to a deck that boasts views of the city on the main level and a swimming pool on the lower level.

Dayani is the vice president and general counsel for Rachel Zoe Inc., which currently produces a reality show called "The Rachel Zoe Project." Traugott is the president of the television division of Brillstein Entertainment Partners, and his credits include "Samantha Who?" which was on TV for two years.

Record producer Ralph Sall also placed his Sunset Strip area home on the market recently, for $2.95 million.
