Writer and producer of the hit TV show "Lost" is selling his Sherman Oaks, California, home.
Writer and producer Jesse Alexander of the hit TV series "Lost" is moving from his Sherman Oaks, California, home and selling the estate for $2.1 million.
Alexander, who purchased the home in 2002 for $1.1 million, won an Emmy for his contributions to the series "Lost," in addition to developing video games and writing for many other shows, including "Alias" and "Heroes."
The 4,399-square-foot single-family estate was built in 1964 and has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. A separate building on the estate could be used for a guest house, home office or a studio, according to the listing.
The listing for the home emphasizes that it has a private entrance and a lagoon-style pool, manicured gardens and sunlit patios. The home includes a library with floor to ceiling built-in shelves and a projector to watch movies.
According to Zillow, Sherman Oaks has more than 1,100 homes for sale and more than 1,400 that were recently sold, with a median list price of more than $350,000.
