Aniston reportedly bought an apartment in the Gramercy Park North apartment complex in New York City recently, which cost her close to $9 million.
After purchasing two West Village apartments this past spring, Aniston landed her latest New York apartment, which is on the ninth floor of the building and is a 2,873-square-foot unit originally priced at $10.2 million.
Aniston was spotted looking at the apartment in August by TheRealDeal.com and was reportedly looking for a bigger place because she and her new boyfriend Justin Theroux are considering a family.
Aniston also recently sold her 10,000-square-foot, five-bedroom Los Angeles mansion for a reported $42 million after only paying $13.5 million for it in 2006, according to the TheRealDeal.com.
Aniston and Theroux will both star in a new movie set to be released in February, called "Wanderlust."
