Mandel placed the 5,936-square-foot home on the market for $7.25 million, hoping to make a deal of his own with a potential buyer, reported the Los Angeles Times. The Cape Cod-inspired house has ocean views, a swimming pool with a spa and library. The mansion sits on more than an acre of land and also includes a den, breakfast area, theater and gym. Together with a guest house, the property offers six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
According to records obtained the the Los Angeles Times, Mandel purchased the property in 2006 for close to $3 million.
The 56-year-old comedian is now an "America's Got Talent" judge following "Deal or No Deal" being cancelled last year. He was the voice of Bobby on the cartoon "Bobby's World," which aired from 1990 to 1998, and was an actor on "St. Elsewhere" from 1982 to 1988. The comedian is currently working on a new show on Fox that puts a hidden camera on flash mobs.
Comedian David Spade also recently listed his Malibu home.
