Dan Castellaneta recently sold his Pacific Palisades home to Hank Azaria. Or, translated for TV fans: Homer sold his home to Moe. Castellaneta voices Homer Simpson on "The Simpsons" and Azaria is most well-known for voicing Moe Szyslak, but he doesn't stop there - he also plays Apu, Chief Wiggum, Comic Book Guy and more.
The Tudor-style mansion where Castellaneta and his wife, TV writer Deb Lacusta, lived for five years was sold for $5.5 million. The 4,414-square-foot home was designed by architect Gerard Colcord and built in 1928.
Features include carved beams, leaded windows and arches between rooms, four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a master suite with a fireplace and dressing area. The home sits on nearly half an acre and has a saltwater pool.Moving trucks

The average listing price for the week ending September 14 was $1.55 million, unchanged from the previous week, according to Trulia.
