David Spade placed his beachfront property in Malibu on the market recently.
Comedian and actor David Spade recently placed his Malibu, California, beach house on the market for $13.5 million.
The entertainer purchased the property in 2005 for $9.3 million, according to public records obtained by the Los Angeles Times. Now he hopes to pack up moving boxes and hand off the keys to the two-story beachfront property, which features four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and four fireplaces in more than 3,700 square feet of living space. The house also has a cylindrical staircase, balconies and decks that face the beach and a pool.
In addition to "Rules of Engagement," Spade has been in 48 films and TV shows, according to IMBD. The actor received his big break in Hollywood, like many other comedians, when he was added to the long-running NBC sketch comedy show "Saturday Night Live." Recently, "Rules of Engagement" was suspended to make room on the schedule for a sitcom starring another SNL alum, Rob Schneider.
Actors Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are also hoping to pack up a Malibu property soon. The couple is selling a home in the area with the price tag of $14 million.
