Actor Chris Tucker, known for his role in the "Rush Hour" trilogy of movies, recently sold two of his Florida mansions amid rumors that he owes the IRS more than $11 million in back taxes.

It's likely moving trucks will be seen soon outside of the most recently sold property, which is an 8,861-square-foot mansion featuring five bedrooms in Lake County, according to TMZ. Tucker negotiated a short sale on the property just before the bank planned to foreclose on it, selling the home for $2 million.

Tucker purchased the property for $6 million and owed $4.4 million on the property before he sold it, TMZ reported. Tucker's other Florida home sold in October for $1.05 million, which was considerably less than the asking price of $1.5 million.

It was recently announced that the 39-year-old actor will appear in the fourth installment of the movie "Friday." The first film in the series grossed $6.6 million in its opening weekend and more than $28 million worldwide to date, according to Box Office Mojo. According to the website FameNetWorth, Tucker has an estimated net worth of $45 million.

The average home value in Florida is $119,800, according to Zillow.
