Brent Bolthouse is now packing
up after recently selling his Mulholland area home for a reported $1.46 million.
The 41-year-old Bolthouse is the founder and president of Bolthouse Productions, which has launched and promoted nightlife venues, including Hollywood's Hyde Lounge and the West Hollywood club Trousdale.
The nightlife promoter's home was designed by famous decorator John Lautner and built in 1947, according to the Los Angeles Times. The estate features walls made of glass revealing more than a half acre of trees, gardens and terraces.
The 1,342-square-foot home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, according to the Times. It was originally listed for about $1.5 million, but Bolthouse shaved off the price to attract more prospective buyers.
The last time the property was sold, it was purchased for $975,000 in 2004, according to the Times.
Bolthouse has been featured as an actor in eight movies, including "Hellraiser 3: Hell on Earth," and he appeared on the TV series "Entourage," according to IMDB.
