The couple recently put the sprawling Austin, Texas-area estate on the market for nearly $6.5 million. The home was built in 1975 but has received updates and modern touches in recent years.
Martie Maguire bought the gated, private compound near Lake Travis in 2004 for $2.75 million. The property's one-story main house has four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, formal living and dining room, hardwood floors and French doors that open to terraces that wrap around the house.
Walkways connect the main house to three guest houses and outdoor entertainment areas, and a colonnade separates the motor court from the pool and spa area. The entertainment annex boasts a second kitchen and dining area, art and dance studios, media room and a bar area. The compound also has a five-stall horse stable and riding arena, jogging trail, nine-car garage, and a recording studio with a rehearsal room, control booth and another kitchen.
The Austin area has been seeing an influx of moving trucks lately, and it's been named one of the country's 10 fastest-growing cities. Its population growth from 2000 to 2010 was 37.3 percent.
