This is the situation for a number of Duncombe, Iowa residents that live in the Country Side Park mobile home park, according to Des Moines' KCCI-TV. The sale of the property is forcing the tenants to evacuate in just 60 days.
Many of the mobile home park residents are worried about being able to afford to relocate on such short notice. Country Side Park resident Shylo Olson told the news source that "sixty days is not much time at all and for the cost of moving a trailer - it's expensive."
