ABF in West Allis

Apparently msg taken by person answering phone (because Dispatch was busy) was not passed along. So Relo’ was not picked up Sep 8th as planned, but after 2 more calls, on 10th. It wasn’t a problem for us, but neighbors complained. I just didn’t want ABF to be excluded from that community, as happened with PODS. This was first time we had such a problem w/ ABF in West Allis, and we hope they’ll get internal communications back to their previous excellent status.
