It would be nice to centralize the reservations a bit more. For example, rather than arranging everything through the central ABF HQ, I had to work directly with each terminal to schedule loading times and delivery of relocubes. However, all ABF staff I worked with were friendly and familiar with my order’s specifications. We were also very impressed by our delivery man’s skill in negotiating our small neighborhood street and unloading cubes into our narrow driveway.
