I am overall very satisfied with the level of service provided by U-Pack. Everything was delivered without damage or items missing. My only issue was with communication with the broker (at Laredo, TX) which was non existent. The tracking system was great, but only functioned in the US. Once the trailer crossed the border into Mexico, there was no pro-active update. It was left to me (the customer) to ask U-Pack in the US for assistance to contact the Mexican end. Once I had a contact in Mexico, everything ran smoothly except that the driver got lost at the very end and spent an hour trying to find the delivery address despite me providing very detailed instructions - I guess this did not passed on to the drivers. Generally I would rate U-Pack 8 out of 10. Price and service in the US was great (10 out of 10). The Mexican end did not meet my expectations for flawless customer service. I have already recommended your company to my friends and will continue to do so.
