Lori Graham was my representative and was extremely helpful and polite over the phone. Also, the lady who answers the phones at the destination Facility (I think it was in Fresno) was great as well. I was able to get a great deal after ABF brought down their price to compete with BroadwayExpress and in the end chose UPack since it offered money back for footage not used, which broadway did not offer. One negative would be the high price of the wight tickets but this was offset by the low rate on footage I received. Also, the front of the trailer leaked water but luckily it only got to one item and after 3 days out in the sun the mattress pad seems to smell fine, although does show water stains.
