Your company is amazing. Moving across the country is stressful enough. To have polite, even funny folks taking great care of my things made it so much easier. I would in a heartbeat tell any and all to use your services. Also, the driver that delivered my items in Philadelphia was fantastic, and went above and beyond during a once-in-a-hundred-years snow storm. Now that’s service! Thank you so much.

Syracuse to Philadelphia

My experience in Syracuse was absolutely fantastic-- the people I spoke to on the phone were great, as was the driver who dropped off and picked up the cubes, and everything happened on time just as it was supposed to. In Philadelphia I called to have the cubes picked up on a Friday afternoon and they weren’t actually picked up until Tuesday or Wednesday (I can’t remember which) of the following week. I would have liked them to be picked up more promptly, but overall I’ve had a great experience with ABF both times I’ve used them and would definitely use ABF again.

Every person from ABF that I spoke to, from the representative on the phone to the drivers delivering and picking up the cubes, was professional and went out of their way to be friendly. The woman who answers the phones at the Philadelphia terminal was especially helpful and friendly-- more friendly than anyone else I met, I’m pretty sure, in my two years in Philadelphia!

A Philly Problem

Not ABF’s fault but the city did not save the parking space after ABF purchased the permit. A potential problem and I was not clear how it would be resolved in perhaps a future situation. (Maybe it’s just a Philly problem, I’m new to the area.)

I was really happy with the service up until delivery of loaded cubes in Philadelphia. Service on the phone was great, but actual delivery was not. My two ReloCubes were delivered separately, on two different days. I wasn’’t contacted about this discrepancy at all during the delivery period. This was a major hassle because I had to arrange for movers to come on the second day also, instead of having it all done on the first day. For the price I paid, I expected them to be delivered when I was told they would be delivered. Also, the first Cube was delivered about two hours after the end of the promised delivery time of 12 to 4, again with no phone call.
