Everyone I talked to helped make the process easy and seemed genuinely happy to help. I didn’t have any problems or miscommunication anywhere in the process. Best of all - I didn’t have to worry about my stuff as it was exactly as I packed the relocube and it arrived at the destination quicker than I expected! I would easily use this company again for both the great people I talked to as well as the amazing price.

Everything was fine except when I called the number I was given and what I thought was the Toledo Ohio terminal, I would always be transferred to what I think was Detroit Michigan who knew nothing about my rental. They would then transfer me back to Toledo and get someone who could help. Not a big deal but a hassle none the less.
