Your manager in the latham, ny branch was outstanding explaining the service, your drivers were all very professional and very customer oriented, Jeff Yancy at U-Pack’s corporate office was very very helpful but the Raleigh terminal let us down. The load was ready for pickup @ our location in NY on Monday,6/28 we were told it would take 2 days after the date of pick up to receive the load- we gave your company 2 extra days and you still could not do it right. Our closing on our home was the morning of 7/2 so we sat in an empty house for 3 full days without furniture. We were told on Wed by someone in your Raleigh terminal that the load would be delivered Friday, Friday morning she called back and said it would not be delivered until the following Tues - She said if we had a problem with that we would have to contact U-Pack direct. Appears that some of your employees not only need to read the bill of ladings but also need a course in customer relations. We certainly were not happy with the service we received from you Raleigh terminal
