Overall, the service was great; the only problem we had was the unhappiness of the storage unit owners with how long the emptied trailer sat in their parking lot. I phoned the ABF terminal in St. Joseph, MO, on Wednesday afternoon, June 9, for trailer pick-up on Thursday, June 10, and it wasn’t retrieved until the following Monday, June 14. I had to repeatedly apologize to the owners for the lack of promptness in removing the trailer from their parking lot. Except for that, I was extremely satisfied with your services and with the helpfulness of all your employees.
